    Rhett Lloyd

    Founder and Head Coach

    Founder and Head Coach of Off The Field. A former WAFL player, including two years with West Coast’s WAFL program, Rhett combines high-level playing experience with an elite coaching skillset across biomechanics, speed and agility.

    His perspective as both an athlete and coach has shaped what OTF stands for: giving athletes access to high-level coaching, genuine support, quality resources and an environment built to help them perform, grow and get the most out of themselves.

    Rhett leads the coaching at OTF and works closely with his athletes, bringing the same level of care and attention to the person as he does to their performance.

  • Jordan Glossop

    Jordan Glossop

    Assistant Head Coach

    Jordan brings more than 13 years of experience in strength and conditioning, working with athletes across Australia and internationally.

    His depth of experience gives him a strong understanding of what athletes need at different stages of their journey, combining high-level coaching with a practical, individual approach to performance.

    Having been with the company for more than 2 years, Jordan has played a key role in creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported and given the coaching and resources they need to keep progressing.

  • Natasha Bernard

    Natasha Bernard

    OTF Level 3

    Tash brings more than 10 years of coaching experience across strength and conditioning, athletic development, Olympic weightlifting, youth athletes and injury rehabilitation.

    With a sporting background spanning rugby, athletics, netball and competitive Olympic weightlifting, she brings a broad perspective to how athletes move, train and perform. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science and holds qualifications across Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting and Fitness.

    At OTF, Tash combines her experience with a genuine investment in her athletes, helping them build the strength, resilience and physical qualities to perform while creating an environment where they feel supported throughout the process.

  • Will Bromage

    Will Bromage

    OTF Level 1

    Will is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Off The Field, with a sporting background across a range of disciplines and a strong interest in health, performance and physical preparation.

    After completing his Certificate III in Fitness and OTF’s Level 1 Coach Development Program, Will has continued to develop his coaching skillset through hands-on experience working with both young athletes and general population clients.

    At OTF, Will focuses on building strong foundations in movement and strength, helping athletes and everyday people develop their technique, confidence and understanding of training in a supportive environment.
