Questions

Will training make me sore for the game?
No. The whole point is availability. Load is placed early in the week and trimmed before match day.
What if my club already runs gym?
We program around it. Tell us what the club does and we fill the gaps.
Can I switch to off-season later?
Yes. Most athletes move from in-season to the off-season block when the season ends.
