Questions
- How cold is the plunge?
- Cold enough to work. Your coach will tell you how long to stay in.
- Should I plunge after every session?
- Not necessarily. It's most useful in heavy weeks and on double days. Save it for after training, not before.
- How long in the sauna?
- Twenty to thirty minutes is plenty. Your coach will tell you where it fits in your week.
