Introducing the Youth Athlete Development Program

UNLIMITED CLASS CREDITS

TERM TWO 

• 5pm to 6pm Every Wednesday Afterschool •

For youth athletes to achieve their athletic potential with our exclusive weekly session, designed for those athletes aspiring to go pro, semi-pro or to develop their athleticism in anyway.

Off The Field have dedicated one afternoon session to coach athletes enrolled in this program. Athletes will advance through various levels to unlock new stages of training and continue progressing in the program.

WEDNESDAY 4PM
 

Levels:

Beginner: 

Introduction to basic movement patterns, human anatomy & skills required in sport.

Level One:

Proficiency in bodyweight foundation exercises - squat, hinge, push, pull, rotation,  unilateral.

Level Two: 

Proficiency in resisted & advanced foundation exercises - ability to perform unilateral, loaded movements.

Level Three: 

This level comes with one of our Off The Field Warm Up Tees 

Ability to perform and participate in individualised conditioning, speed & agility drills - prioritising strength, power & plyometrics. Level Three is for those athletes that have showed exceptional preparation & progression through the program and the only thing left for them to do is dominant their sport and look to improve throughout their training at Off The Field.

Note: each athlete MUST complete the levels of training & display capability in each area before progressing to the next level.

Ages 9-14

What’s Included:

1 x Semi-Private Coaching Session Per Week
Individualised training designed for athletes to compete, learn and collaborate with other youth athletes aiming to develop their strength, speed & skills for sport. Work closely with one of our expert coaches to fine-tune your technique & build a individualised plan.

Additional 2 Day Home Work Program 
- After completing the required levels, athletes will have access to this program. Enhance flexibility and performance with our 2-day Home Work Program delivered through our exclusive online app.

 

THE SESSIONS


Building the Foundations of Speed & Strength

Our one-hour group sessions are designed specifically for young athletes to develop the key physical foundations needed for sport — speed, strength, coordination, and confidence.

Each session includes:

  • Dynamic warm-ups & movement prep

  • Sprint technique & acceleration drills

  • Foundational strength & power development

  • Core stability & injury prevention work

  • Team-based challenges to build resilience and camaraderie

Led by experienced performance coaches in a high-energy environment, this program equips young athletes with the tools to move better, get faster, and build a strong base for long-term success in sport.

Open to athletes aged 9-14 across all sports. No prior gym experience needed.
