1-on-1 Coaching
Private Training
One dedicated session per week with your coach. Fully tailored to your sport, your body, and your schedule. Pricing starts at $200 +GST/week and varies by coach.

Small Group Coaching
Semi-Private Training
Train in a small group environment with expert coaching. High accountability, competitive energy, and a fraction of the cost of private training.

- Early morning and afternoon slots available

Semi-private sessions are available during early morning and afternoon slots. A coach will be allocated to your group. Sessions are capped to maintain coaching quality.
