Same-Day Rule
Recovery included in training memberships must be used on the same day as your coaching session — before or after, within 2 hours.

All recovery sessions must be booked through OTF in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. Standalone bookings are confirmed by OTF directly.
Weekday Access
Standalone recovery access is available on weekdays only. Athletes using recovery as part of their training membership follow their coach's schedule.
