RHETT LLOYD
Rhett, a country kid from Albany, Western Australia, moved to Perth at 18 to pursue a career in Australian football (AFL). Since 2019, he has dedicated himself to becoming the best athlete and coach he can be through coaching, studying, and personal growth.
With six years of experiencing playing sport at the highest level and surrounding himself with professionals, Rhett understands the dedication, challenges, and adversity athletes face daily. His journey in sports has shaped his approach, emphasizing his commitment to guiding and supporting athletes at every stage of their careers and training.
Driven by this passion, Rhett founded Off The Field, a platform designed to support athletes through training, education, recovery, and reflection. Rhett is still playing football at a semi-pro level, whilst he operates a high-performance strength and conditioning facility in Perth, providing athletes with a professional environment to pursue their goals.

Jordan Glossop
Coach Jordan Glossop was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia. Since 2013 he has coached, lectured, learned and travelled all over the globe, however he always returns back to Perth to continue sharing his work with his home city.
With a wealth of experience in Strength & Conditioning across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia—including cities like California, London, Wales, Melbourne, Sydney, and more—Jordan brings a global perspective to our coaching team.
Jordan has worked with basketball athletes in the NBA, WNBA, NBA G-League, Olympics, FIBA World Cup, EuroLeague, NBL, WNBL, NZNBL, NCAA, MSBL, WSBL, WABL, State Teams, D-League & FIBA 3x3. Jordan has also been the head of high performance for the Farm Athletics, Winning Edge Academy and Skyplay Basketball Elite.
