OFF-SEASON GROUP TRAINING
Starting Tuesday 9th September – three structured sessions each week, each built around a key pillar of athletic performance.
Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday
Across the week you’ll develop speed, strength, power, and conditioning, ensuring you maintain progress and build capacity through the off-season.
TUESDAY 6:15 AM – LINEAR SPEED & ACCELERATION
Develop elite sprint mechanics, explosive first-step quickness, and the ability to reach top speed efficiently. From resisted sprints to technical drills, we’ll break down your acceleration and max-velocity phases so you can cover more ground, faster.
THURSDAY 6:15 AM – QUICKNESS, AGILITY & CHANGE OF DIRECTION
Train your body to react faster, move smoother, and change direction with precision. These sessions combine footwork patterns, reactive drills, and body control to give you an edge in game-speed situations where every millisecond matters.
SATURDAY 7:30 AM & 8:30 AM – VERTICAL POWER & STRENGTH
Increase your vertical jump, build explosive lower-body strength, and develop total-body power. Using plyometric progressions, loaded jumps, and targeted strength work, you’ll become more dominant in aerial contests and explosive plays.
