MOVEMENT SKILL ACQUISITION
Our Movement Skill Acquisition sessions run in structured 5-week phases, designed to develop speed, agility, change of direction, coordination, and overall movement efficiency. Each phase builds on key athletic qualities, ensuring athletes enhance their ability to react, accelerate, and control their movement in game-like scenarios.
A key focus is on plyometric development and vertical leap enhancement, incorporating explosive jump training, reactive drills, and landing mechanics to improve power output and injury resilience. Through targeted speed drills, multi-directional movement patterns, and biomechanical refinement, athletes will develop greater quickness, acceleration, and total athletic control—essential for high-performance sport.
