Since beginning her coaching career in 2021, Tash has worked with athletes across a range of sports and performance levels. She currently leads the S&C program for the Rogers Cup team at South Fremantle Football Club — driven by a commitment to keeping athletes on the field and performing at their best.

One dedicated session per week with Tash. Fully tailored to your sport, your body, and your goals.
1 × 1-on-1 session
Semi-Private Training
$95
per week + GST  ·  3 sessions
Three sessions per week for athletes who want to accelerate. Maximum training volume at a group rate.
3 × semi-private sessions

All prices are weekly recurring. +GST applies. Semi-private sessions are capped to maintain coaching quality.
