Off The Field Performance Presentations are delivered to schools, sporting clubs, and community groups, combining practical sports science with real-world athlete development.

Our sessions cover key themes in strength & conditioning, including training principles, speed development, recovery, injury reduction, and the long-term process of building high-performing athletes.

Alongside the physical side of performance, we also integrate mindset, resilience, and the personal challenges athletes face — delivered by coach Jacob Blight, who brings first-hand experience from professional sport and an athlete-led perspective beyond the gym.

These presentations are designed to educate, challenge, and provide clear frameworks that athletes and coaches can apply immediately.

An interactive day of performance education, combining classroom-based learning with hands-on application. Ran by our founder Rhett Lloyd, these young students explored key strength & conditioning principles in the classroom. Followed by an interactive practical component to demonstrate how these principles translate to better movement, speed, and long-term athletic development.
