Off The Field Performance Presentations are delivered to schools, sporting clubs, and community groups, combining practical sports science with real-world athlete development.
Our sessions cover key themes in strength & conditioning, including training principles, speed development, recovery, injury reduction, and the long-term process of building high-performing athletes.
Alongside the physical side of performance, we also integrate mindset, resilience, and the personal challenges athletes face — delivered by coach Jacob Blight, who brings first-hand experience from professional sport and an athlete-led perspective beyond the gym.
